Vetting
Partners are onboarded against credential and insurance checks appropriate to the services they offer. We do not publish DBS, WaterSafe, Gas Safe or similar claims until they are verified in trust records.
Credentials
Hard gates (for example Gas Safe or G3) block service pages until a valid partner number is on file. Soft marks are shown only when present.
Guarantees
Guarantee wording is published only after legal review. Until then we describe process, not warranty length claims.
Pricing
We agree price before work where our pricing policy is verified. Unverified amounts are not shown.
