Our commitment

Super Plumbers aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA as a target and test key templates for keyboard access, focus visibility and colour contrast.

What you should expect

• Pages have a single clear main heading and logical heading order
• Interactive controls can be reached with a keyboard and show a visible focus state
• Form labels describe the information requested
• Images that convey meaning include alternative text; decorative images are marked appropriately
• Phone numbers are exposed as links where published

Known limitations

Some map, PDF or third-party embeds may not meet the same standard as our core templates. Draft or fixture locations (for example Testville) may be noindexed and incomplete. Company legal identity fields that are empty are labelled as to be confirmed rather than left blank without explanation.
