Drain repair and relining
When CCTV shows structural failure — fractures, open joints, deformation — cleaning alone will not last. Drain repair may mean local excavation and pipe replacement, or lining methods that rehabilitate the bore from within where conditions allow.
Choosing a method
Depth, ground conditions, tree roots, shared ownership and whether the pipe still has a usable shape all influence the recommendation. We will not sell lining where the host pipe cannot support it.
On site
After reviewing survey evidence we agree the repair method and price, arrange access and welfare as needed, complete the repair, and test flow. Further jetting or a post-repair camera pass may be recommended on larger jobs.

Disruption expectations
Excavation repairs disturb gardens, drives or floors. Relining reduces digging where suitable but still needs clean, prepared host pipes. We outline welfare, spoil handling and approximate duration before you commit.
Guarantees and product data
Where a lining system carries a manufacturer-backed warranty, we explain what it covers and what would void it (for example later unauthorised connections). Keep the survey and invoice together for future owners.
Interim measures
If a full repair must wait for permissions, we may offer a managed clearing plan to keep the drain usable — with clear limits so you know it is temporary.
