Immersion heaters provide electric backup or primary heat in some cylinders. Tripped electrics, no hot water on immersion mode and scale-failed elements are typical calls.
Safety
Electrical isolation and correct earthing matter. Element replacement is coordinated with suitably qualified electrical partners where required, alongside plumbing removal of the old element from the cylinder boss.
On the visit
